Draft pending legal review. Published alongside the Privacy Policy and DPA, both of which are also in draft.
We use as few third parties as we can. Every provider below acts on our instructions, is bound by a written agreement, and is permitted to handle personal data only to deliver the service described.
Current sub-processors
| Provider | Location | What it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation) | United States | Application hosting, Azure SQL Database for account and capture metadata, and Azure Files for capture package storage. This is where all Customer Data resides. |
| Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation) | United States | Transactional email only — address verification, Authorized User invitations, password resets, and replies to support and demo enquiries. Recipient addresses and message contents pass through this provider. |
Transfers to these providers are addressed in section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
What we do not use
This is worth stating explicitly, because it is unusual and it is a deliberate design choice rather than an oversight:
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no product analytics, no session recording, no heatmaps. We do not measure your behavior on this website or in the Portal.
- No advertising or tracking. No ad networks, no conversion pixels, no cross-site identifiers. We set no cookies at all.
- No error tracking or performance monitoring. No Sentry, no Datadog, no equivalent. Diagnostics stay on our own infrastructure.
- No content delivery network, and no third-party fonts, scripts or stylesheets. Fonts are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to anyone else.
- No payment processor. The service is free during early access and we do not collect payment details.
- No AI or machine-learning providers. Capture package contents are never sent to a third-party model, and are never used to train one.
Changes
If we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page and notify Account administrators by email before the change takes effect, so that a Customer with a reasonable data-protection objection has the opportunity to raise it. See the Data Processing Addendum for how objections are handled.
